Overview

Our neighbourhood service now consists of the following three new teams:

Jigsaw Foundation team

Dealing with Foundation applications, project management, co-ordination of scrutiny meetings, management of Jigsaw Rewards and delivery of the Hardship fund.

Neighbourhood Engagement team

Dealing with neighbourhood plans, partnership working, environmental improvements and energy efficiency reviews

Tenancy Matters and Neighbourhood Safety team

The Tenancy Matters team deals with succession, mutual exchanges, tenancy changes and general housing matters. The Neighbourhood Safety team deals with anti-social behaviour.

The Jigsaw Foundation team has already made positive steps towards empowering tenants and will continue to work on projects like Jigsaw Rewards, a new initiative for tenants to earn points towards high street vouchers or rent credits in exchange for their feedback on services and Jigsaw Foundation, our scheme to award community grants.
