Your new neighbourhood plans have been shaped by data and feedback from residents, employees, and partner organisations working within your community. They also consider key performance measures, including resident satisfaction levels, to help us better understand local priorities and challenges.
By bringing this information together, we can identify the areas where support and investment are needed most. We will work closely with our partners to target resources effectively and deliver a range of activities and improvements that help create safer, stronger, and more vibrant neighbourhoods. These neighbourhood plans will guide our work over the next three years.
As part of this process, all our neighbourhoods have been reviewed and re-mapped based on property locations and housing density. Following this review, a small number of properties do not fall within a defined neighbourhood plan area. Residents in these locations will continue to receive the same high standard of service and benefit from our landlord commitments. To ensure local priorities are still recognised and supported, a dedicated Neighbourhood Commitment has been developed for these areas.

Following on from our former neighbourhood plan model, we have now created a generic promise aimed primarily at residents who live outside a traditional neighbourhood setting, those whose properties are geographically dispersed from other Jigsaw Homes properties.
