By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions of the prize draw, Jigsaw Group privacy statement and website privacy policy.

Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to selected residents of Jigsaw Homes North, Jigsaw Homes Tameside and Jigsaw Homes Midlands (Part of Jigsaw Group Limited) who were invited to participate in the survey.

2. The survey must be completed/submitted between (00:01) 19.12.2024 and (23:59) 06.01.2025 to be entered into the prize draw. The survey response must be fully complete and not contain any foul language or hate speech.

3. Prize draw entry is subject to the participant providing their name and address, which must be for a property for which Jigsaw Homes Group is the landlord on the date of the prize draw.

4. Entries are limited to one per tenancy/household with a maximum one prize per tenancy/household.

5. Anyone trying to circumvent any rule by using alternative details will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. The prize draw promotional period will run from (00:01) 19.12.2024 and (23:59) 06.01.2025.

7. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the website/submission platform. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to prize draw website/submission platform.

8. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

9. By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to the Jigsaw Group privacy statement and website privacy policy.

10. The prizes on offer are available for the promotional period only. Maximum one prize per household/registration. There is one prize in total available to be won. This is: £50 Retail Gift Voucher. (1x winner). The winner can choose one option from the following retailers for their voucher: Amazon, Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, or Morrisons.

11. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Standard warranty will be provided by the manufacturer/supplier and Jigsaw Group will hold no responsibility for the prize once awarded. No cash alternative is available and any personal expenses incurred will not be covered by the promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts/default of third-party suppliers.

12. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the prize suppliers.

13. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. No cash or other alternative prizes are available. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the announced first prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

14. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery of the prize, although the Promoter will endeavour to send these out within 14 days of winning.

15. The prize draw for all three prizes will be performed by the Jigsaw Group Marketing Department between 02.01.2025 and 10.02.2025. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the date of the draw at any time if deemed necessary.

16. The winners will be notified by email and or telephone.

17. All winners will be required to provide additional personal information in order to progress with prize fulfilment. This may include a photo of the prize winner with their prize, which will be used by Jigsaw Group for promotional purposes in accordance with the Jigsaw Group privacy statement. Prize winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. They are also required to agree to their name and town of residence being provided to any other prize draw participant who requests it in the 12 months after then draw takes place.

18. All submissions received between (00:01) 19.12.2024 and (23:59) 06.01.2025 will be entered into the prize draw. If the winner does not reply within 14 days of initial contact, the prize draw will be redrawn for the unclaimed prize by the Promoter.

19. The Promoter’s decision is final with regards to all promotional matters.

20. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify/suspend the competition or invalidate any affected/all entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or change any of these rules at any stage if deemed necessary. Any such changes will be duly communicated.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for personal information and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

22. The winner’s name and town will be available on request from Jigsaw’s Marketing Department for 12 months after the draw closes.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on the website immediately.

24. The Promoter will process entrant’s personal data in accordance with the Jigsaw Group privacy statement and website privacy policy.
