New customer website launches: My Jigsaw

Following an important system update, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new customer website: My Jigsaw. This replaces the Adactus Connect and New Charter Customer Hub websites.

All tenants of Jigsaw Homes Group will be able to register for the new website by visiting https://my.jigsawhomes.org.uk

My Jigsaw allows customer the ability to view their rent account, report repairs, order rent statements, view their tenancy agreements, request a direct debit and contact us.  We will be adding new features to the website in the coming months and hope to launch the ability for tenants to book a repair appointment next year.

For security reasons, all tenants will need to re-register for the website. It’s simple to register and can be done anytime 24/7. Simply visit https://my.jigsawhomes.org.uk/registration and enter your name, date of birth, email address and telephone number. The system will check your details against the records we already hold for you and if there’s a match you will be sent a temporary code to validate before logging in.
