Eligibility
- This promotion is open to residents of Jigsaw Homes Midlands, Jigsaw Homes North, Jigsaw Homes Tameside and Jigsaw Support (Part of Jigsaw Group Limited).
- Setting up a Direct Debit for rent payments to your landlord (Jigsaw Homes Midlands, Jigsaw Homes North, Jigsaw Homes Tameside and Jigsaw Support – Part of Jigsaw Group Limited) is required. For entries to be valid/accepted, entrants must have an active Jigsaw rent account. Any Jigsaw Group resident, not subject to legal action, can register to take part.
- Direct Debit for rent payments must be set up between (00:01) 10.10.2023 and (23:59) 08.12.2023 to be entered into the prize draw.
- Entries are limited to one per tenancy/household with a maximum of one prize per tenancy/household.
- Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- The prize draw promotional period will run from (00:01) 10.10.2023 and (23:59) 08.12.2023.
- Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the process of setting up Direct Debit for rent payments. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the process of setting up a Direct Debit for rent payments.
- Late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for delays that may lead to a Direct Debit for rent payments set up outside the promotional period.
- By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to the Jigsaw Group privacy statement and website privacy policy.
- The prize on offer is available for the promotional period only. Maximum one prize per household. There is one prize in total available to be won. The prize is: £100 Retail Gift Voucher.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. A standard warranty will be provided by the manufacturer/supplier and Jigsaw Group will hold no responsibility for the prize once awarded. No cash alternative is available and any personal expenses incurred will not be covered by the promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts/defaults of third-party suppliers.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed administered by, or associated with any of the prize suppliers.
- The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. No cash or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Please allow up to 45 days for delivery of the prizes, although the Promoter will endeavour to send these out within 14 days of winning.
- The prize draw for the winning prize will be performed by the Jigsaw Group Income Team between 09.12.2023 and 14.12.2023. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the date of the draw at any time if deemed necessary.
- The winners will be notified by email and or telephone and may be displayed on the Group’s digital platforms per the Jigsaw Group privacy statement.
- All winners may be required to provide additional personal information to progress with prize fulfilment. Prize winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
- All Direct Debits for rent payment set up between (00:01) 10.10.2023 and (23:59) 08.12.2023 will be entered into the prize draw. If the winners do not reply within 14 days of initial contact, the prize draw will be redrawn for the specific unclaimed prize by the Promoter.
- The Promoter’s decision is final concerning all promotional matters.
- If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify/suspend the competition or invalidate any affected/all entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or change any of these rules at any stage if deemed necessary. Any such changes will be duly communicated.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for personal information and refusing to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- Winners’ name and county may be available on the Promoter’s digital platforms for a period of up to a minimum of 12 months following the end of the promotion period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on the website immediately.
