1. Jigsaw Homes Group reserves the right to cancel the competition or change any of these rules at any stage if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any such changes will be duly communicated. Jigsaw Homes Group cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen events relating to the cancellation of The Group Garden competition. 2. All submissions must ensure only one photograph is submitted and include the entrant’s: name, address including postcode, a contact telephone number, email address, which can be filled in on the appropriate sections of the entry form. 3. Entries must be submitted no later than 6.00pm on Tuesday 1st August 2023. Late, incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Jigsaw cannot take any responsibility for any technical failure including but not limited to any affecting services, which may result in any entry being delayed, lost or not properly registered or recorded. Jigsaw will not be able to return entries. 4. By submitting an entry for the competition, the entrant is deemed to have given consent for the entry to be published in all media, including social media, print and internet, for all purposes as it wishes. 5. All entries will be judged by our resident members of Jigsaw Rewards – this will be done using the photograph submitted – and using the following criteria : design, use of colour, quality of presentation, degree of difficulty and overall impression. 6. The winners will be notified by telephone once judging has taken place on Jigsaw Rewards. Winners will be contacted in October/November. We will not contact all entrants. The results will be available on our website week. In the event of the winners being unable to be contacted, after reasonable attempts have been made, Jigsaw reserves the right to offer the prize to a top runner-up.
